In the best interests of your safety, bonding of Tooth Jewellery should be performed by a Dental Practitioner. We provide Tooth Jewellery Bonding Services at our boutique Gold Coast Studio. If you are unable to visit our studio, refer your Dental Practitioner to our Bonding Guide.

Warranty

Bonding with House of Mouth™

We guarantee bonding performed at our studio after placement and subject to some conditions explained during your appointment.

Bonding by another Party

We cannot guarantee bonding and/or tooth gems, charms, or dental jewellery performed by or purchased by a third party. Therefore, The House of Mouth™ is not responsible for any injuries that may result from bonding, use or removal of Dental Jewellery purchased from our site. We do not accept fallen-out Dental Jewellery as reclamation as we cannot guarantee the Dental Practitioners work – ask your dentist about the guarantee of the bonding services offered.

Guarantee

There is a three-year guarantee on Twinkles Gold and White gold jewellery only. The crystal elements are not covered by this guarantee. Preciosa and Swarovski Jewellery are not covered by this guarantee.

If the product is broken on arrival, this must be reported to The House of Mouth™ within 7 days after you received the product. Replacements and Guarantees cannot be warranted should there be evidence the jewellery has or has been attempted to be bonded.

FREE Standard Shipping (2-6 business days*) on Teeth Whitening Gels, Trays, Kits, Lights, Preloaded Trays, and Custom Fit Tray Packages or orders $69+ for all other products.

Otherwise, a flat rate of $9.99 is charged. Express Shipping (1-3 business days*) from $11.99 per order.

Heavy orders i.e mouthwashes, toothpastes etc may attract higher shipping charges than the above. These are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight, size and delivery location of your order.

My personal experience at House of Mouth has been incredibly positive. I'm always nervous and sceptical when it comes to anything relating to my health. I had tried the teeth whitening through my own amazing dental practice, but I was looking at increasing the strength of the gel and time was an issue for me. I was attracted to the House of Mouth on Facebook, and after researching the company, and speaking with Daniel, I felt very much at ease and knew that the House of Mouth was a genuinely honest and professional company. Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. My first time ordering from HoM and I’m really impressed with the quality of the whitening gel and their customer service.

Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. Bought first pack of XyliMelts Dry mouth melts - absolute life saver. Have been able to sleep through the night using them and am using them during the day as well. Brilliant product

My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I ordered three extra gel syringes for the price of one from the dental surgery. Identical products 1/3 of the cost - WOW... THE HOUSE OF MOUTH has a great website and 5 STAR service. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.

Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.I would not purchase from anywhere else.You will go to house of mouth for their range and price but you will stay for their sales and support service.
