Thermoforming Tray Info
The House of Mouth Thermoforming (Warm and Form) Trays are high quality, durable silicone plastic Whitening Trays which provide a brilliant, cost effective teeth whitening tray option which can be used for gels up to and including (no stronger than) 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or 18% Carbamide Peroxide.
You will be ready to commence teeth whitening in the comfort of your own home and in absolutely no time at all! Simply place in hot water, mould to your teeth and your ready to start whitening!
Custom Fit Whitening Trays are our recommended Teeth Whitening tray, however, Thermoforming Trays provide a great start and can be used with whitening gels up to and including 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or 18% Carbamide Peroxide.
Each pack includes three pre-packaged Thermoforming Trays – one for your upper and lower teeth and one spare.

Please Note: These trays are not suitable for use with higher concentrated gels i.e those requiring a TeleConsult and exceed 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or 18% Carbamide Peroxide.

Instructions
We recommend using our Step by Step Warm and Form Tray Instructions Guide.
- Place 10cm of boiling water in a bowl and cool for 1-2mins.
- Holding onto the tab submerge the entire tray (to the tab) in hot water for 3-6 seconds.
- The tray will wilt – this is normal. Ensure the sides of the tray do not melt into each other.
- Place the tray over your teeth. Bite firmly into the tray and use your fingers to firmly push and adapt the tray to your teeth.
- Close your mouth and lips. Suck excess water from the tray for 5-10 seconds. Continue until the tray hardens.
- Remove the tray and place back into your mouth ensuring it fits tightly.
- Once satisfied, trim the holding tab. Complete Steps 1-6 for upper and lower teeth.
Important
- To be used with up to and including 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or 18% Carbamide Peroxide Gels only
- Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
- Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke during applications.
Storage
Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between (2°-25°C / 35°-77°F).
How do Thermoform Trays Work?
Simply warm in hot water and mould to your teeth. Thermoforming Trays are simple to use and provide a cost effective Tray Solution for home whitening.
Should I use Thermoform of Custom Fit Trays?
Thermoforming Trays provide an acceptable fit when adapted to your teeth correctly and are an excellent cost-effective alternative to Custom Fit Trays but cannot replicate the tight, individualised and professional fit that a Custom Fit Tray provides.
Are Thermoform Trays Reusable?
Yes. Thermoform Trays can be used until they become worn or no longer fit. Each packet contains one spare tray for this reason.
How many Thermoform Trays do I need?
Each packet contains three Thermoform Trays and is designed for one person – one for your upper and lower teeth and one spare.

My personal experience at House of Mouth has been incredibly positive. I'm always nervous and sceptical when it comes to anything relating to my health. Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. Bought first pack of XyliMelts Dry mouth melts - absolute life saver. Have been able to sleep through the night using them and am using them during the day as well. Brilliant product

My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I ordered three extra gel syringes for the price of one from the dental surgery. Identical products 1/3 of the cost - WOW... THE HOUSE OF MOUTH has a great website and 5 STAR service. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.

Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.I would not purchase from anywhere else.You will go to house of mouth for their range and price but you will stay for their sales and support service.
