Pola Light Instructions

We recommend using the Pola Light Teeth Whitening Step by Step Guide below:

Clean your teeth and rinse your Pola LED mouthpiece before use. Optional: Record your tooth shade on the last page.
Attach the syringe tip provided to the syringe. Apply a small line of Pola Day gel evenly along the inner front of the top and bottom of your Pola LED mouthpiece. TIP: Using the markings on the syringe as a guide, allow one sixth of the syringe (0.5g) per tooth whitening session for both top and bottom of the tray.
Fit the Pola LED mouthpiece to your mouth and bite down, follow Activating Light Instructions Below
After reaching your treatment duration, remove the mouthpiece and wipe away any excess gel/saliva with a dry tissue. Rinse the mouthpiece and wash it with lukewarm water. Do not submerge it in water.
Rinse mouth or brush teeth once whitening session is complete.

Activating Light Instructions

Press “on” button twice for the Blue / Red LED
LED will activate for 10 minutes
When the LED activation ends, your whitening session is complete. Repeat twice a day for 5 days. Or the treatment time can be 15 minutes if there are no signs of sensitivity.

When the LED activation ends, your whitening session is complete. Repeat twice a day for 5 days.

Important

Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during applications.
Use gel at room temperature.

Storage

Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between (2°-25°C / 35°-77°F).

How much whiter will my teeth be?

Many teeth whitening manufacturers make claims of ‘5 shades’ whiter or similar. However, this can be misleading as it depends on the original shade of your teeth and the current staining on your teeth. Pola is formulated to remove the toughest stains from your teeth and return your teeth to their whitest natural color.

How long will my teeth stay white for?

Your lifestyle is the greatest influence on your oral health. If you’re an avid drinker of coffee, wine or soft drinks, your teeth whitening will diminish quickly than someone who prefers water. Typically, your whitening will be at its best for the first 6 months, before slowly diminishing. Your Pola Luminate is a perfect instant touch up solution at anytime.

How much Pola Day gel do I apply?

Only a small amount is required for each session. Do not overfill your mouthpiece, as gel may spill on to your gums and cause sensitivity. Using the markings on the syringe as a guide, allow one sixth of the syringe (0.5g) per tooth whitening session on both top and bottom of the tray.

Should I complete both treatments in one setting?

For best results, we recommend completing the two applications one after the other.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less.
