Opalescence 45% Gel is perfect for those who are looking for the quickest wear time and who already have Custom Fit Teeth Whitening Trays from their dentist or House of Mouth™. Each syringe provides enough whitening gel for 3 full whitening treatments and has a refreshing mint flavour.

Opalescence whitening gel allows you to achieve professional whitening results at your convenience in a safe, effective, and customized way. Opalescence PF gel contains PF (potassium nitrate and fluoride) which helps reduce sensitivity, caries and strengthens the enamel. You can count on Opalescence providing long lasting whitening results, preventing shade relapse and tooth dehydration from as little as 3-4 whitening treatments.

Opalescence take-home whitening gel is perfect for people who want a lot of options. With five different concentrations and three flavors, you can wear Opalescence for as little as 30 minutes per day—or even overnight! Opalescence is used extensively throughout the world by millions of dentists and patients as it yields safe results that are truly stunning.

Due to the strength of this product it is recommended only for use by those who have comfortably used an equivalent or equal strength of gel previously. It is not recommended for users who have not used higher strength gels previously.

Instructions

We recommend using our Step by Step Opalescence Whitening Guide.

Place a small drop of gel into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment.
Insert the tray in your mouth and lightly tap it to adapt the sides to your teeth. Leave the tray in your mouth for the recommended time
Remove tray and use a finger or soft toothbrush to clean any excess gel off your teeth. Rinse your mouth twice being sure not to swallow rinsed gel.
Clean tray with soft brush and cool tap water. Dry and store your trays in a cool place.

Important

Use with Custom Fit Whitening Trays.
Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during treatment.
Do not smoke immediately after treatment – wait for at least two hours.
Foods and drinks containing strong colours should be avoided for at least 48 hours after the treatment period or consumed in moderation.
Use gel at room temperature.

Storage

Store bleach out of the sun and heat. Refrigeration (2°-8°C) is recommended. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date.

What’s the difference between Opalescence 10%, 15%, 16%, 20%,35% and 45% ?
Simply put – the wear time. The stronger the gel the shorter the wear time. 45% is the strongest gel with the shortest wear time whereas 10% is the weakest requiring overnight use.

How many treatments does this last for?
Each 1.2ml syringe lasts for about 3 upper and lower whitening treatments.

Is Opalescence Whitening Safe?
Yes. Our genuine Opalescence product is used by dentists worldwide and has been clinically trialled for safety and effectiveness.

Does Opalescence require an LED light?
No. Professional home whitening products do not require LED lights.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less.
