The whitening gel I buy from The House of Mouth is the holy grail, I have never received so many compliments on how white my teeth are. Always an easy and quick transaction and honestly, their customer service is out of this world. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

I appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire experience. It was clear that my dental health and satisfaction were top priorities. My personal experience at House of Mouth has been incredibly positive. I'm always nervous and sceptical when it comes to anything relating to my health. I had tried the teeth whitening through my own amazing dental practice, but I was looking at increasing the strength of the gel and time was an issue for me. I was attracted to the House of Mouth on Facebook, and after researching the company, and speaking with Daniel, I felt very much at ease and knew that the House of Mouth was a genuinely honest and professional company. Every question I had, was answered very quickly by either Daniel or a member of the Team. I was also interested in renewing the whitening trays, and I couldn't believe how easy and stress-free the whole procedure was. The package I received had step-by-step instructions and before I knew it, I had my new trays. I believe what impressed me the most was the support I received, and believe me, it's ongoing. The House of Mouth definitely has that good old fashioned customer service, and I'm so thrilled with the results I'm getting. You can trust the House of Mouth and I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. My first time ordering from HoM and I’m really impressed with the quality of the whitening gel and their customer service.

Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. Bought first pack of XyliMelts Dry mouth melts - absolute life saver. Have been able to sleep through the night using them and am using them during the day as well. Brilliant product

I have been extremely happy with the excellent customer service from Daniel and Jasmyn. They helped me sort a postage issue simply and quickly and were very friendly, polite, and professional. They took lots of care with follow up emails too which I appreciated. The mint Xylimelt discs arrived quickly and were packaged really well. So these guys are actually amazing to deal with. Super informative when you call up. I even did a click and collect order and they did a courtesy call to make sure I picked the right option to pick up instead of delivery. Absolutely no wonder they have a perfect 5-star rating.

I then ordered new custom moulds of my teeth and the process was well explained and the service was prompt. I'm so pleased with House of Mouth, and will only order from them in the future. My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I ordered three extra gel syringes for the price of one from the dental surgery. Identical products 1/3 of the cost - WOW... THE HOUSE OF MOUTH has a great website and 5 STAR service. Thanks to all at THE HOUSE OF MOUTH.

I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.

Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.I would not purchase from anywhere else.You will go to house of mouth for their range and price but you will stay for their sales and support service.
