Instructions

STEP 1: Preparing the Device – The device must be fully charged before use

1. Put the device inside the charging case and close the case. Make sure that the case is securely closed or the device won’t charge.
2. Plug the recharger cord into the charging case and outlet to charge.
3. Let the device charge overnight or a minimum of 4 hours before each use.
4. The power button will flash green while the device is charging.
5. When the device is fully charged the charging light will illuminate solid green .
6. Once charged, remove the device from the charging case.
7. Device must be clean and dry before use. It can be cleaned with lukewarm water and dried with a soft towel.

STEP 2: Applying the Whitening Pen

After brushing your teeth just before you go to sleep, dry the top row of your teeth with a tissue. Click the end of the pen until a small drop of serum appears on the brush tip. You may find that the first use will take multiple clicks (up to 20) to get that first drop to appear. Apply a single, thin layer of serum to each tooth across the row (1-2 clicks of serum is enough for up to 4 teeth!) – and wait 10 to 15 seconds for a clear coating to form. Dry the bottom row of your teeth and repeat the process. Avoid contact with your gums during application.

PRO TIP: Drying teeth before use allows the serum to adhere to teeth better for best whitening results!

STEP 3: Wearing the Device

Once you have applied the serum to all teeth, press the power button to turn the device on. It will light up indigo when it’s on. Position it so the power button is facing upwards and insert into your mouth. Make sure upper and lower teeth are seated completely in the device. The device will beep halfway through the treatment. Keep the device in your mouth for a full 10-minute treatment. The device will beep 5 minutes into treatment to indicate the halfway mark. Don’t take it off. Once the treatment is over, the device will beep twice and the power button will automatically turn off. Remove the device from your mouth

PRO TIP: Leave the dried serum on your teeth overnight while you’re sleeping, or for at least 4 hours if applying during the day. Leaving the serum on for longer allows for optimal results! The next morning or after 4 hours, remove the dried serum by brushing as usual.

TROUBLESHOOT: If your device doesn’t light up or only partially lights up, allow the device to “warm up” for 2-3 minutes before switching it off and then on again. If you’re still having trouble, contact Colgate Consumer Affairs so we can help.

STEP 4: Cleaning the Whitening Pen & Device

BRUSH: After use, make sure to wipe the pen’s bristles with a dry tissue; do not use water. Firmly replace the pen cap until you hear a soft click to avoid hardening of the brush tip. For your next use, if the brush tip has hardened, click the pen 2-3 times and the new serum will soften the bristles. Do not rinse with water.

DEVICE: Rinse the device with warm water (it’s water resistant)! and dry with a tissue or a soft cloth before returning it to the charging case. Recharge the device overnight for the next day’s use. Repeat steps through 1 to 4 once a day for 10 days in a row.

USAGE ADVICE

Some people may experience tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort when using whitening products. This discomfort is temporary and not harmful. If you experience more than mild tooth sensitivity, stop use and Contact Us.

Storage

How much whiter will my teeth be?
Many teeth whitening manufacturers make claims of ‘5 shades’ whiter or similar. However, this can be misleading as it depends on the original shade of your teeth and the current staining on your teeth.
