Instructions

We recommend using our Step by Step Colgate Optic White Whitening Guide.

Thoroughly brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste.
Place a small drop of Colgate Optic White Gel in the tray, for each tooth that needs to be whitened (small pen drop).
Place the mouth tray with the gel into your mouth, over your teeth. Press gently against the mouth tray with your fingers to push the tray into place.
If the gel oozes out as you place the tray, remove the excess gel from your gums with an absorbent material such as a cotton swab, making sure to remove all gel from your gums and gum line.
Wear the tray for 30 minutes or as instructed.
After 30 minutes, remove the mouth tray. Brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush to remove any residual whitening gel.

Important

Must be used with Custom Fit Whitening Trays.
Whiten under the supervision of a dental professional.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during treatment. Find out more about the dos and don’ts of teeth whitening.
Avoid staining foods, drinks and tobacco for 30 minutes after each treatment.
Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.

Storage

Store at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 30°C. Do not use after expiration date.

1 x 30mins per day until your desired shade is achieved. This can be adjusted according to your diet, lifestyle and whitening preferences.

Each 3.11gram syringe lasts for about 6-7 upper and lower whitening treatments.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.
