Christmas Cut Off Dates
Planning to order gifts for Christmas? We suggest placing your Christmas Gift orders by the dates mentioned below and doing so as early as possible. While we strive to process your order within 1-3 business days, once your package departs from our facility, it is beyond our control. Should you encounter any problems, kindly reach out to the delivery provider using the tracking details provided in your email correspondence. Orders placed after these specified dates may arrive after Christmas.

Orders can be placed online as normal, 24/7 and will be be shipped as usual, Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays). As always, tracking emails will be provided for all orders upon dispatch. You can always view the status of your order by logging into your account.
