How do I make an appointment?

Submit your details by clicking here, we’ll determine whether you’re a suitable whitening candidate and provide you with the details to schedule an appointment online.

Can anyone use the Custom Fit Mobile service?

Our service is available to suitable whitening candidates – submit your details here and our friendly determine whether you’re a candidate.

What days and times can I book?

We have variety of day and evening appointment times available. Once our team have determined you are a whitening candidate you will receive a booking link which shows available times.

What happens after my impressions are taken?

Our in-house dental lab will get to work and have your Custom Fit Trays ready within 2-3 business days. Choose to have them posted or fitted at our Gold Coast studio.

I would like to arrange an appointment for more than one person.

Not a problem – each person needs to register their details individually – when registering let us know you would like to schedule your appointment together.

Do you offer Health Funds Rebates?

At present Health Fund Rebates are not available. Please note most health funds do not cover whitening.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. Bought first pack of XyliMelts Dry mouth melts - absolute life saver. Have been able to sleep through the night using them and am using them during the day as well. Brilliant product

My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.
